First

The Promotion consists of offering, at a unit price of forty-nine pounds (£49), a total of 25 units of the following product pack (hereinafter, the “Pack”):

• General Admission to All Points East on 28 August 2026, to be held at Victoria Park, Grove Road, London E3 (hereinafter, the “Festival”).
• Pick-up from a secret location on 28 August 2026 and an exclusive party-bus ride to the Festival.
• One pair of limited-edition “MELLER x All Points East” sunglasses.

Any expenses not expressly included above, including transport to the pick-up point, food, beverages or any other personal expenses, shall be borne exclusively by the Participant.

Second

The term of the Promotion and, accordingly, the period during which participation in the Promotion is permitted shall run from 19 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (BST) until 26 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (BST), both dates inclusive (hereinafter, the “Promotional Period”).

Third

The Pack may only be purchased during the Promotional Period through Meller’s website https://mellerbrind.com/pages/meller-x-all-points-east. Upon completion of the purchase process for the Pack, the Participant shall complete a form requesting the following personal data:

• Full name
• ID / Passport number
• WhatsApp number

Thereafter, within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, the Participant shall receive an email from info@mellerbrind.com providing the Festival ticket, together with instructions regarding the place and time of pick-up for the party-bus ride to the Festival.

The Festival ticket is non-transferable and shall only be valid for the name registered during the purchase. Participants are directed to the Seventh term for other information on full terms and conditions applicable to the Festival ticket.

Accordingly, each Participant may purchase a maximum of two (2) Packs, corresponding to a maximum of two (2) Festival tickets per person.

Fourth

Meller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the conduct of the Promotion. In particular, Meller shall under no circumstances be liable for the services provided by the Festival, whose terms and conditions, available at https://mellerbrind.com/pages/meller-x-all-points-east, apply to the Festival ticket and, where applicable, to any cancellation, postponement or modification thereof by its organiser.

Fifth

Meller reserves the right to verify the validity of all applications in order to prevent fraudulent, invalid or duplicate applications. Likewise, Meller reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early once the 25 units of the Pack have been exhausted and, where applicable, to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the party-bus ride to the Festival in the event of force majeure, safety concerns, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Sixth

The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Spain and, for any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Barcelona shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Participant is a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the United Kingdom shall remain applicable.

Seventh

Participants acknowledge that their use of the Festival ticket and attendance at the Festival shall be in accordance with the Festival’s terms and conditions (https://www.allpointseastfestival.com/info/terms-conditions/) which are incorporated in these Terms and Conditions by reference. For the avoidance of doubt, the Festival’s promoter, AEG Presents Ltd, bears no responsibility or liability for the execution of this Promotion. Meller assumes full legal responsibility for all stages of this Promotion.

Eighth

In order to comply with the requirements of the Promotion and to manage delivery of the Festival ticket and the information relating to the place and time of pick-up for the party-bus ride to the Festival, the data provided during the Pack purchase process shall be sent to and processed by STELLIO VENTURES, S.L., acting as data controller, for the purpose of verifying compliance with the requirements to benefit from the Promotion and managing the Participant’s participation therein. The data shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected and, thereafter, shall remain duly blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods in order to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contractual relationship arising from the purchase of the Pack and participation in the Promotion.

Should Participants wish to exercise their rights of access, objection, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, they may do so by email to info@mellerbrind.com or by post addressed to STELLIO VENTURES, S.L., Calle Aragón, number 247, entresuelo, puerta primera, 08007 Barcelona (Spain). Likewise, purchasers have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: at the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), through the following link https://sedeaepd.gob.es/sede-electronica/procedures/claims/info; or at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), through the following link https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Ninth

The Promotion shall not apply to employees, nor to their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity, whether of Meller or of any of the companies professionally involved in the Promotion.

Eleventh

Participation in the Promotion entails express acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
